Shipping Policy

All Ponder items are made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partner.

Production Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Production time may vary depending on order volume, product type, holidays, or fulfillment delays.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders may take longer depending on the destination, customs, and carrier processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delays

Shipping estimates do not include production time. Delays may happen due to holidays, carrier issues, customs, incorrect shipping information, weather, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
